How do I respond to a booking request?


When you receive a request to rent your space you will be notified by both an email and a request in your dashboard and inbox (accessible right corner of the top navigation bar when logged in).


You can access this request by entering your dashboard and clicking on the message within your inbox. You can either approve and confirm the booking request on the request or decline it. If you have any questions related to the booking request, you can contact the tenant by sending a message through our messaging system.
